Sweden, because I have been there, and it's a gorgeous country with lots to do in the summertime, and the people there are very friendly.

Get an Inter Rail train pass and go to all three (and more).I suppose it just depends how much time you have.Look on www.statravel.com where you'll find loads of details about Europe.
