By steve lee: Well, we'll see how this one goes. Hard Rock Park (http://www.themeparkinsider.com/reviews/hard_rock_park/) has filed for Chapter 11 and closed for the duration of the 2008 season. They claim they'll reopen for the 2009 season, but there's little more hard information available other than that.
I still really like this park (I was just there again on Sunday), so I sincerely hope they manage to bounce back. They opened at a pretty bad time as far as the economy goes. Maybe things really will be able to improve to allow them to return next year. Time will tell, I guess.
