What's a great bed & breakfast or unusual hotel in Napa or Sonoma, CA for under $200?

Wondering where 2 people can stay for a romantic weekend away in Napa or Sonoma (or Healdsburg) that is in the range of $130-185 a night (maybe $200 max). A bed & breakfast usually has more character, but I'd also be open to a unique hotel. Best if you've actually stayed there yourself so have a personal recommendation.

Try the Calistoga Inn and Brewery. It's under $100/night (I stayed when it was $75/night). The place is like a B&B. Restaurant and brewpub downstairs. Rooms upstairs. Country home decor, very cozy. No TV. Shared bathrooms!
