Have U ever heard of Town & Country Open Bed & Breakfast Vouchers used in Ireland?

I went on a B&B tour of Ireland a couple years ago, though I'm not 100% sure that they were called Open B&B vouchers, per se.But basically what they are is that you order a certain period of time that you're going to be in Ireland, say a week. You get 7 days in any B&Bs within the network. They'll usually send you a book that includes their networks. This allows you to load into a car and drive around Ireland. Given, you can only stay in a B&B that has an opening, so you might want to have some general idea as to where you're planning on going. We called the day before we stayed anywhere. That gave us a basic plan of action of the next day, but at the same time our plans weren't nailed down and we had a little more freedom as to where we were going to go during the trip. They also give you a nice opportunity to stay outside of the cities, and give you a chance to see real Irish hospitality, ask questions about the culture, that sort of thing.

I have used these as well. They should send you a booklet providing you with the different B&Bs that accept these vouchers. I had a wonderful experience at the B&Bs I travelled to...but I did make reservations a few weeks in advance.
