...Palm Springs, Hawaii or Mexico.? We are researching family vacation options and values. We really like all inclusive type resorts with lots of kids activities etc.. Any ideas?

I would not have a timeshare for ALL the tea in China. I know three people who HAD one and they were miserable. What a mess. They got rid of them finally but all three had a loss and they were happy to take the loss.

Everybody I know that had them watched them sit idle for years and then sold them at a big loss. Even the ones that can be used at multiple places.

We have two timeshares over the past 20 years and I would most heartily advise against them. The maintenance fees are quite high, and when you get to the unit you find many things in disrepair. You will be connected with either RCI or II or some similar group which will take your unit for trade-ins so that you can use another timeshare, but when you call to exchange, there is so many variables that it becomes very difficult to get a place that you choose to go to. Subsequently you are left having to settle for somewhere you didn't really want in the first place.
