I just stayed at Le Meridien in November for the second time. The hotel itself is fine but I was very, very dissapointed that the beach is closed off. They have it blocked off because the tide comes all the way up now to the pier area. In other words, it's all water. No sand to sit on so it's closed. But still bring your bathing suit. The pool is up and running and you can go to the beach in other areas in Cancun.
