on soon ? Hi,I was recently hit by a car at a green light on the zebra-cross, my question is if i take a trip abroad - could it interfear with the lawsuit against the incurance company of the man who hit me a month ago ? Thanks

This is a question best answered by your lawyer - not strangers who don't know the details. If you take advice from here on this one, and then it turns out to be wrong, you only have yourself to blame.
