Some attractons of the Riviera Maya are Tulum which is about 40 miles south of Cancun. Also the beaches of Playa Del Carmen are amazing. Playa Del Carmen is about 30 miles south of the Cancun International Airport. Also there are many tours out of Cancun to Chitznita one of the largest Mayan Ruins still standing. Also if you have time you should visit Costa Maya, it is a few hours away from Cancun, but I have been there and it is well worth it. They have beautiful pools by the Cruise Ship port and some of the greatest beaches in the world and great tours too!
