what shape is the beach at the Gran Caribe Real in Cancun?

I know they lost their entire beach after the hurricane. I was in the hotel zone in Jan., and most of the beaches were perfect. I'm sure its back to normal by now. Even if it's a little narrow, just walk down aways in front of the other hotels. All beaches in Cancun are open to the public.
