It depends on your age (and the age of the people you want to be with) and level af activity you want (revlaxazation vs. active vacation). Do you want to party all night or have a private butler? Would a bunch of children along on the cruise? How much do you want to spend? You must answer these questions first. This site has rewiews of cruise lines.
