Are there good places to snorkle near by? Recommendations? Do you take a tender in, or dock? Anything else that is noteworthy? Thanks!

It docks at sea. You will take a tender in. There is no snorkeling near the port,and we were advised that if you left the port to go into the city you should be VERY careful. Lots of odd pets (Raccoons,snakes etc.) and people will use the curbs as a toilet. It was very interesting in the city but extremely crowded (heaven for pickpockets) there is some restuarants and cheap drinks at port but n ot much else. Good luck
