I would think one of the small towns along Costa del Sol, Spain. If you get sick of the beach then go to Seville or Granada for the day or even Moroco. I liked Ibiza too. Southern France is too rocky so I wouldn't recommend that.

Greece...it has many nice beaches...I would recommend Lefkada or Myconos
