I think it's called Horseshoe, or Horsehoe Bay.

Definitly Horseshoe Bay...right next to it (literally off the side of the beach) is an area enclosed by rocks called Jacobs Cove if you want to get out of the waves...beautiful...one of the best ive ever been to (including Magens Bay in St Thomas which is a top 10 in the world). Also look up Tobacco Bay and Shelly's Bay. Each is different (i think tobacco has a bar, but no snorkeling where Shellys and Horseshoe have great snorkeling), but Horseshoe is by far the best.

Im chiming in with the other answers: Horseshoe Bay!!! Meghan's Bay is a close second. My husband cant take the sun. But he fell in love with the rock coves at Horseshoe Bay in Bermuda. He sat in one of the coves to stay out of the sun with the waves breaking at his feet. It was the first beach day we had together in years. The beach sand is a warm rosy gold color and very soft under your feet.Dont forget your camera!
