mid to late September is a great time to fly to Berlin. I flew there two years ago for 700 round trip and I am moving back again this coming September and I am looking at tickets that are around 400 dollars for a one way trip. Check Orbitz.com.Also try looking for tickets in February or March when it is between holidays and the weather in Berlin is still fairly cold.
