well, if you can boil water, you can make spaghetti, or you can easily bake a meatloaf, put a steak on the grill, or you could bake a chicken...

You Can Get Lots Of Things In The Freezer Section Of The Store That You Can Fix In The Microwave, It's Easy, Just Read The Directions. Or You Could Just Go Out And Bring Something Home Or Eat Out.

take two chicken breasts (you have leftovers that way)Put a can or two of condensed cream of muchroom(or cream of chicken) soup on them, and bake in oven at 375 till cooked through, like at least 20 minutes.Serve over white rice, maybe cooking up some frozen veggies and mixing those too (i like peas in mine)

who said you had to cook. if theyre not gone too long, you can just get fast food, and not have to worry too much about ur health. if theyre gone for a really long time, well, thats a different story.

eat the prepackaged stuff that i'm sure your wife hates. Totinos pizza, hamburger helper, mac and cheese, frozen lasagna. Order out for pizza. You really have to think about this?

theres alot of healthy food out there. Try something like a microwavable vegetable (green giant is really good, and they have potatoes that are microwavable too) and a chicken dish or something that you jsut pop in the oven... it wont be too hard to do.

stick with frozen dinners. There are a lot of good ones in the freezer section that are healthy.

the simplest but Very good food you can make is in a slow cooker. so if you have one, you just throw all the ingredients into the pot and cook it on low for 8 hours overnight, and there ya go. Slow Cooker Roast BeefINGREDIENTS3 pounds beef chuck roast 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper DIRECTIONSPour the soy sauce and dry onion soup mix into the slow cooker. Mix well. Place chuck roast into slow cooker. Add water until the top 1/2 inch of the roast is not covered. Add the fresh ground pepper over the top. Cover and cook on low for 22 hours.

when i was first married, i had no cooking experience. I tried some of these recipes.... basic, simple and nice to eat.baked chicken, baked potatoe and broccoli (steamed) I added mrs. dash or lemon pepper to the chicken.Chicken and rice bake - bake the chicken, make rice in your rice cooker, cook up some Campbells' Chicken with Herbs soup.Put rice on plate, lay cut up chicken on top, pour soup over that....DELICIOUS (add frozen, cooked veggies to it if you want)Enchiladas for dummiesuse baked chicken breast thats cut up, lay whole wheat flour tortilla on couter, add chicken, some corn from a can, shredded cheddar cheese, olives, onions. Roll up and place in baking pan. Do this until you have used up the chicken and the pan is full. open a can of enchilada sauce. pour over the enchiladas, add sprinkes of corn, olives, onions, anything you like, then the last thing: cheese. Eat with rice or just by itself...beef stroganoffcook ground beef with chopped up onion, until cooked. drain fat. add small can of Cream of Mushroom soup, and a small yogurt size of sourcream. Cook egg noodles. cook some frozen veggies of your choice. Put beef sauce over your noodles. done!roastput a london broil in the oven on the lowest temperature. let it cook for 3 hours, check. when juicy, but still cooked properly, take out. peel potatoes, slice up carrots, destem broccoli. boil some of the potatoes, but save a few for the oven. boil the other veggies (or if you have a steamer, steam). take a small baking dish, drizzle it with olive oil, add minced garlic, salt and pepper, place left over potatoes in the pan. toss to coat with fork. place on top level of your oven on 400 or so degrees. Let this cook for 20-30 minutes and check, and toss every so often. Slice the beef. Mash the boiled potatoes. Use the broccoli water to make gravy with your gravy granules. take out your roasted potatoes. fill up your plate....gravy the whole dinner, EAT!
