bed & breakfasts...?

my friend is thinking of buying a bed & breakfast. i was wondering if you have ever stayed at one and whether or not you liked it. what you liked about it, what you didn't like about it. please give details.

I got over 8 million hits in Google for[Bed and breakfast reviews]If you do the same you should be able to read reviews all week. Doing so will give you an idea of what professionals (and amateurs) look for in a B&B.

i have stayed at a few. i like the more comfortable surroundings, the homey feel and generally the owners are nice and helpful.sometimes you have to share bathrooms with other guests and i could do without that. also having to interact with others when i might not feel like it is a pain. some b&b's are without modern things like TV or telephone in your room. i prefer to have those available.if you like to entertain people all the time, then it could be a nice business.
