My girlfriend and I will be travelling to Europe in May for about a month and was wondering if anybody has any suggestions we should check out. We will be visiting a lot of the major locations: Amsterdam, London, Venice, Paris, Rome, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, etc. but we're interested in learning of any suggestions or places the common public doesn't know about, perhaps you have vistited some awesome places off the beaten path you'de recommend, or maybe you even live in Western Europe and know of some great towns or attractions. Thanks

If you're going to be in the area, you may want to check out Belgium. Brussels is a pretty cool place and worth a visit, and Brugge is beautiful.

mallorca is the most beautiful place in all of europe. it's a small island in the mediterranean, and a lot of travel agencies offer package deals that are really convenient. my mom and i went and there was a bus to take us to our hotel, that was really nice. you can rent a car and drive all over the place, the island is small enough that you won't get (too) lost. there are also a lot of caves you can tour that are really pretty and the people there and extremely friendly and helpful.

If you go to Germany I would suggest the Romantic Road. It starts off in Wurztburg, where you can visit the Fortress and The Rezidence. After that go down the Autobahn about 60 miles to Rothenburg. It is the last surviving medeival walled city left in Germany. Last I would stop at Neuschwanstein castle near Munich. It is very beautiful and it is the castle that Walt Disney World has modeled their castle after.I hope you have a great trip where ever you decide to go. Europe is such a beautiful place.
