In general yes - however, if you are planning to have sex in your stateroom with a crew member - then there is the risk of the crew member getting dismissed for being in a pax cabin......

yes, its like a hotel room on water. just try to keep quiet and don't disturb your stateroom neighbor. sex is not allowed in the public places for obvious reasons.
