Are their beds soft?Cause someone told me they were very hard.Are they?

They use high quality hotel type beds. They are replaced regularly. Is that once a year or once every ten years I don't know, but, after a dozen cruises with them I've never had a bad mattress.

I have been on over 30 cruises on 8 different lines and only once did I wish my bed were a little softer. I told my cabin steward, and that night it was softer. Anything that doesn't satisfy you in your cabin, just tell your cabin steward and he will fix it. Softer or firmer bed or pillows, empty the mini fridge so you can use it for things you bought, extra towels, etc.

I've sailed with Royal Caribbean twice and have enjoyed the trips very much. Although the cabins are small on all cruise ships, the bed was nice and comfortable and after a busy day was great!
