If you want the ultimate in luxury you have to stay at the Hotel Meurice.

If you want the exclusive luxury, then you have to stay at the "George V", or "Plaza Athenee", or "Le Crillon"...
Plaza Athénée, George V, Bristol, Meurice are the fourth best hotels in Paris but it is quite expensive (i believe more than 500 euros/night)Grand Hotel Intercontinental is a beautiful one, close to Opéra. You have also Hyatt close to Place Vendôme. You can try Hotel Costes on St Honoré street.To finish, you have the Hotel fouquet's. It just opened last year and it is also a luxury hotel.
