By Robert Niles: SeaWorld San Diego is streaming a live webcam from inside its Penguin Encounter (http://www.themeparkinsider.com/reviews/seaworld_san_diego/penguin_encounter/) exhibit.
From 9am to 5:30pm (Pacific Time) each day, you can watch the penguins swimming around. (SeaWorld says that it replays the footage each night at midnight. I'll take SeaWorld's word for it, since I ain't staying up to check.) Here's the link to the Penguin Cam (http://www.seaworld.com/sitepage.aspx?PageID=618) page.
