Jamaica. Which is better... Negril or Montego Bay? It is a suprise trip for my girlfriend?What types of activities are offered with an all Inclusive package, or what types of activities should I look into doing?

On the Negril cliffs we stayed at the Blue Cave Castle. I love it we will always return. I wasn't happy to stay there because I wanted sand and beach. Once i got there i had so much fun. Stayed in the top room great view. but also a very nice room is the ones at the courtyard. The only rooms i saw. We snorkeled right there in the cave and all up and down the cliffs. We saw a manta ray at least 15 feet wide. You don't need a guide to snorkel in that area. This is a more laid back place to stay. I have went to Jamaica for the last 2 years and chose not to stay in montego bay. If you are interested in a more busy paced trip in the larger town of montego bay then that's the place. If you are more interested in the beach and Negril has the 7 mile beach. we stayed at country country and it was really nice, clean beach and good food. Most places are reasonable in Negril. There are different crafts and markets around the area as well. Margarita-ville and the huge trampoline in the water was fun. I wanted to stay at the rockhouse. Incredable. It's an all-inclusive. But never have. Good luck and have fun. We made reservations when we went (every May) but there where places that had open rooms and it was less than what we paid. But! Make reservations if its your first time. Let me know if you need more info.
