Hot Springs National Park, ArkansasI moved there for a couple of years and this town attracts a lot of tourists. It not only has Bath house Row (numerous spas and bath houses) but also it's surrounded by mountains and has 7 lakes with resorts on them. It is a very beautiful place and I loved living there. People come from miles around to visit there.It even has a fountain downtown where you can drink fresh spring water. People fill jugs to take home of free mountain spring water.

I suppose that would depend on your particular definition of a "spa" vacation. Some basic questions come to mind right away(I am Owner of a Travel Agency):1-You say "best resort". There's lots of definitions for what a "best resort" is. What amenities are most important to you at a Spa Resort?2-Do you have a geographical preference as to where the Spa should be located?3-Do you have a maximum per night rate you're willing to pay? Are you open to Spa Resort "packages"?4-Going alone, or with others?(Important as it will affect the cost overall) Do you have an estimated departure date in mind?Keep in mind again that there are lots of definitions for a "best resort". When travellers recommend a Resort, they base their recommendation on their experiences AND their preferences, which may or may not mirror yours. And at the end of the day, it is YOUR vacation, not theirs. But the above issues once figured out will really simplify the type and location of Spa Resort that you're looking for.
