...transmit the disease through oral sex or kissing if she is outbreak free? If a woman is currently outbreak free, can she transmit genital herpes by oral sex or by kissing someone? What if she is having an outbreak when she does the above? Does it make any difference? And how likely is it for a man who is using a condom to get herpes from an infected woman if she is not having an outbreak?
